50% prepayment is required 60 days prior to the wedding date, and the rest upon arrival.

No money shall be reimbursed if you do not notify us of cancellation at least 15 days
    before the wedding.

The hotel shall keep 20% of the total amount if the cancellation is within the time frame
    specified above.
